"Cette jolie maison construite dans les années soixante avec beaucoup de soin et de goût - voir les remarquables sols en marbre - est nichée parmi une forêt d’arbres remarquables. Le jardin fleuri, les différents lieux d’accueil et une grande piscine en font une merveilleuse résidence d’été. Celui qui recherche calme et beauté trouvera sans doute satisfaction. Notons aussi et surtout l’extrême gentillesse des hôtesses qui nous ont si aimablement reçus."

"Dotée de nouvelles portes, fenêtres et persiennes modernes, cette demeure pourrait s’enorgueillir d’être une résidence tout à fait remarquable. Une alarme quelque peu fantasque nous a donné quelques soucis !"

"This villa is a mixed bag. The size, view and location (very secure in a gated community) are all excellent. The decoration inside is very pleasant to the eye although with some very odd choices. More on that below. The intermediary agency did their utmost best to solve several issues although they could not solve all. Bed comfort was decent although the beds are certainly nothing special for a “villa”."

"The instructions for arrival failed to explain that the house is in a domain and the navigation with street number brings you to the domain but not the right entrance. A minor detail for next guests. Upon arrival you need to look beyond the exterior which has not been renovated at all. At first glance you think you are in the wrong place. We assume the owner is putting money aside for future renovations. There was NO lounge furniture despite the house has a great outdoor space. The 2 loungers that were there were either broken and upon sitting on the other we broke it in half in a second. They duly promised new lounge chairs which we hope will be there in time for the next guests 😬. They compensated this obvious omission with a small token. The shower drain proved clogged deeper inside the tubes causing flooding in the hallway. This was on and off beyond our comprehension. We hope this will be solved for the next guests as well. The interior renovation was tastefully done however with some odd choices (we would have not chosen the cave wall lights) and in general the furniture chosen was of a very basic quality. The sofa is not very comfortable. The dining chairs are made of metal and are on a tile floor : not the best combo for moving them around to put it mildly. The white curtains are draped on the floor. Beautiful for a photo shoot, but practical for a holiday home ? The night stands are higher than the bed with sharp corners so hitting them with your arm ar night is easily done. These “cheap” elements are offset with a great tile floor, a marble and moreover high kitchen top and real brass bathroom fittings. The potential is there but there is a lot to improve and upgrade in the future."
